Consumer information (EU online dispute resolution): Online retailers are legally required to include a notice about the EU's online dispute resolution platform on their websites. This notice must include a clickable link to the platform. Furthermore, it must state whether the online retailer participates in online dispute resolution or is legally obligated to do so. The exact content of the notice therefore depends on whether the online retailer is legally required to participate, participates voluntarily, or does not participate at all.

Professional Chamber: Regulated professions are those whose access is legally regulated (e.g., doctors, pharmacists, lawyers, tax advisors, auditors) or for which the use of a professional title depends on certain requirements (e.g., architects, engineers, almost all healthcare professions, such as physiotherapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists). If the teleservice is provided in the exercise of a regulated profession, the relevant professional chamber, the legally recognized professional title, the state in which it was awarded, as well as the relevant professional regulations and how these can be accessed must be stated (§ 5 No. 5 TMG).
